4. I MAKE NO WARRANTIES TO YOU OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED for products and/or services you can find in websites listed in Mayapolis.

5. The information on Mayapolis may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors.

Despite my vigilance, I can make a mistake and accept a non-complying submission. But it will only be a matter a time before this is discovered. Therefore, it is solely your responsibility to verify that your website complies with my requirements before you submit it.

11. If you modify an accepted website in a way that violates my Submission Guidelines, it will be deleted.

12. You agree that I have the right to close my Directory at my discretion.

13. I reserve the right at any time and from time to time to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website Mayapolis.com, with or without notice. You agree that I am not liable to you or to any third party for any suspension or discontinuance of the website.

14. It is at my sole discretion to determine what is inappropriate, pornographic, objectionable or offensive content and/or what constitutes a quality website.

15. You acknowledge that I can remove your website from Mayapolis if it is not periodically updated, if you delete asignificant portion of its content, or if it is discovered to be being used to conduct questionable activities (ex. : distribution of spam or misinformation, or making false representations).

Submission Guidelines : - No pornographic, offensive or otherwise objectionable content will be accepted; content should not malign any religious group or sentiments. - Only quality websites, with real content the majority of which is not still "under construction", will be considered. - No pop-ups or excessive ad banners will be permitted. - Your website must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Your website must clearly define its purpose, and the products, and/or services it offers. - I will not accept submissions through anonymous email addresses (ex: Yahoo!, Hotmail, Gmail). - If you are a webmaster adding clients, you can use a domain address different than your client's domain name. - Reciprocal link necessary for all websites submited after November 15th 2007.
